About the Event
Open for everyone willing to sweat.
My classes are dedicated to mobilise the body. I use knowledge about the mechanics of movement gained from contemporary dance practice in a playful and informal manner. I find it important to strengthen the deep muscles of the body (assuring their better functioning): I believe all this can be reached with pleasure. Part of it is to celebrate the body how it already is.
The training is open for mime graduates and anyone who wants to train.
