Red and Blue movement practice (in the park)

The red and blue movement practice is an invitation to move together on mixed/medleys/pleasurable/annoying music and sounds.

Can moving for a relatively long time on sounds and music in continuous transition and with hard interruptions create the space inside ourselves and outside to contemplate, be, move through a less rational, more sensitive and useless reality?

A proposal for being together in areas of discomfort, boredom, silences, darknesses but also intensity, anger, pleasure, joy, lightness and air.
